My specialism is Agent UX and AI decision-support, and my work at Microsoft and SAP is used by millions.
I started as an architect, took a gold medal at India's School of Planning and Architecture, and moved through industrial and product design into enterprise UX. That path shows up in how I work: structure first, systems thinking always, and a bias toward patterns that scale.
